Campaign priorities

01.

Homelessness

The City of Fresno, cannot tackle homelessness alone. The County has the social service dollars to fix this problem, and yet the county refuses to help. As Supervisor, I will be a steadfast partner on efforts to transition unhoused persons off our streets and into wrap-around services so they receive the support they need.

02.

Public Safety

As Supervisor, I will be a staunch champion of public safety, ensuring the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department has the resources they need to keep us safe and keep dangerous criminals in the county jail. I will also support and advocate for prevention and reform programs that lift our people up and away from a life of crime.

03.

Fiscal Responsibility

As a businessman, I know what it is like to pay the bills and balance an annual budget. I will bring this outside perspective to our County’s finances. As a County, we must be accountable to the taxpayers. My office will be a trustworthy conservator of our County’s financial reserves. No dollar should be taken for granted!

04.

Community Service

Elected office should be about community service, not political rhetoric. For too long, we have allowed politicians to play political games for their own benefit, not ours. We need an outsider who is willing to work with all of our constituents to solve problems, not political fighting. I pledge to be a positive force for good.
